Sisteme giriş yaptıktan sonra e-devlet ana sayfasının arama kısmına e-başvuru yazarak İçişleri Bakanlığı'na ait Seyahat İzin Belgesi başvuru alanına ulaşabilirsiniz. E- Başvuru sayfası üzerinden “yeni başvuru” alanına tıklayınız. Yeni Başvuru sayfasından Başvuru türünü seçerek işleme devam ediniz.
