Evlilik sözleşmesine Neler yazılabilir?

Evlilik (mal rejimi) sözleşmesinde taraflar arasında hangi mal rejiminin seçildiğinin belirtilmesi genel hükümler bakımından o rejimin uygulanması için yeterlidir. Ancak detay vererek eşlerin sahip olduğu mallar belirtilebilir ve bu malların hangi şekilde paylaşılacağı da taraflarca kararlaştırılabilir.

Evlilik sözleşmesi ne kadar geçerli?

Kural olarak mal rejimi eşlerden birinin ölümü veya boşanma ile sona ermektedir. Bu yasal mal rejimi sözleşmesi için de geçerli olacaktır. Bunun yanında eşler evlilik birliği içerisinde de daha önce imzalamış oldukları evlilik sözleşmesinde değişiklik yapma imkanına sahiptirler.
