Ne tür takıntılar vardır?

Takıntı hastalığı neden olur? Araştırmalarda obsesif kompulsif bozukluğun nedenleri arasında; vücutta mutluluk hissini veren serotonin hormonunun üretimindeki aksamasının en önemli neden olduğu görülmektedir. Çocuklukta görülen travmalar da takıntı hastalığına neden olmaktadır.

Son yıllarda toplum içinde görülme oranı artış gösteren obsesif kompulsif bozukluk hastalığı her 100 kişiden iki ya da üçünde rastlanabilir. Genel olarak ergenlik dönemini ve 2-0-30'lu yaşları kapsayan hastalık çocukluk dönemi de dâhil her yaşta görülebilir.

Takıntılı insan nasıl düzelir?

OKB kendiliğinden geçmez, ilaç tedavisi veya bilişsel davranış terapisi yöntemlerinden biri ile tedavi edilmelidir. Erken teşhis gerçekleştirildiğinde tedavi süreci de hızlanır.
