Çikolata soslu ıslak kek nasıl yapılır?

Sosu için krema, süt, yağ, şeker ve kakao karıştırılarak kaynayıncaya kadar ocakta tutulur. Kaynadığı anda ocaktan alınıp içerisine çikolata ilave edilir. Çikolata eriyene kadar karıştırılır. Fırından çıkan kek 2-3 dakika sonra dilimlenir ve ılınmış olan çikolata sosuyla buluşturulur.

Ağlayan kek için çikolata sosu nasıl yapılır?

Sosu için;
