Nüfus cüzdanının kayıp veya çalınmış olması halinde nüfus cüzdanı talepleri yerleşim yeri veya diğer adresin bulunduğu nüfus müdürlüğüne yapılır.

Kaybolan Cüzdan için nereye başvurulur?

Kimliğinin kaybedenlerin veya çaldıranların öncelikle ALO 199 çağrı merkezini araması gerekmektedir. Aksi taktirde bağlı bulunduğunuz nüfus müdürlüğüne bizzat müracaat etmeniz gerekir. Kayıp kimliğin yeniden çıkartılması için randevu alınması şart.

Kayıp kimlik para cezası ne kadar?

Nüfus cüzdanı veya kimlik kartının kaybedilmesi durumun idari para cezası verilmektedir. Bu ceza miktarı 2023 yılı için aşağıdaki gibidir; Değiştirme nedeniyle düzenlenen Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kimlik kartı: 83 TL. Nüfus Cüzdanı kayıp bedeli: 83 TL.
