MHRS kayit ne demek?

MHRS; vatandaşların Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı hastaneler ile ağız ve diş sağlığı merkezleri ve aile hekimlerine Alo182 arayarak canlı operatörlerden, web üzerinden ya da MHRS mobil uygulamasından kendilerine istedikleri hastane ve hekimden randevu alabilecekleri bir sistemdir.

MHRS sistemine nasıl girerim?

MHRS'ye uygulama üzerinden ya da internet tarayıcısından girebilirsiniz. MHRS'den randevu almak için MHRS üyelik bilgileriniz ile sisteme giriş yapmalısınız. Eğer MHRS'ye üye değilseniz e- devlet ile giriş seçeneğini seçip e-devlet bilgileriniz ile sisteme giriş yapabilirsiniz.

MHRS Yeni Şifre Nasıl Alınır?

e-Devlet üzerinden: e-Devlet şifrenizle giriş yaparak MHRS şifrenizi alabilirsiniz. SMS ile: 182'yi arayarak cep telefonunuza gelen şifreyi kullanarak MHRS'ye giriş yapabilirsiniz. ALO 182'den: ALO 182'yi arayarak canlı operatöre TC kimlik numaranızı vererek MHRS şifrenizi alabilirsiniz.

E devletten MHRS ye girilir mi?

e-Devlet şifresi olan vatandaşlarımız, MHRS üyeliği bulunmasa bile mhrs.gov.tr adresinden e-Devlet girişiyle de MHRS'nin sunduğu hizmetlerden yararlanabilmektedir.

MHRS ye üye olmak ücretli mi?

MHRS ücretli mi? MHRS randevu alma işlemleri tamamen ücretsizdir. MHRS ile ilgili daha farklı bir sorum var.

MHRS ne zaman aktif?

En erken aynı gün 2 saat, en geç 15 gün sonrasına randevu verilen MHRS'de saat 16.00 olan yeni gün randevularının açılma saati 15 Ağustos tarihi itibarı ile 10.00 olacak şekilde güncellenmiştir. Tüm kanallardan saat 10.00'dan sonra yeni gün randevularını kontrol edebilirsiniz.

MHRS kaydı nasıl silinir?

Vatandaşların talebiyle başlatılan üyelik silme işlemleri için öncelikle mhrsyardim@saglik.gov.tr adresine konuyla ilgili e-posta göndermeniz gerekmektedir. Yetkili ekip, bilgi güvenliği ve teknik çalışmalarını yaparak tercihinize göre size e-posta veya SMS ile üyelik silme bağlantı adresi iletecektir.

MHRS Şifreyi unuttum ama kayıtlı olan telefon numaram değişti ne yapmalıyım?

MHRS sisteminde TC kimlik numarası ve şifre ile giriş yaptıktan sonra Hesap Bilgilerim kısmına girilmelidir. Burada iletişim bilgileri seçilmeli ve telefon numarası kısmına değişmiş ve belirlenmiş yeni numara yazılmalıdır. Kişilerin telefon numarası güncelleme işlemi de bu şekilde yapılmaktadır.

MHRS programı nasıl indirilir?

Android, IOS, BlackBerry ve Windows işletim sistemlerine sahip akıllı cihazlar (telefon, tablet) için "MHRS Mobil" uygulaması hizmete girmiştir. "MHRS Mobil" cihazınızın kullandığı uygulama marketinden (app store, play store vs.) ücretsiz olarak indirebilirsiniz.
