Saçı kısa kesmek faydalı mı?

Saç kestirmek, sağlıklı uzayan saçlar için etkili bir yöntemdir. Saçların kesilmesi yalnızca saç kalitesini arttırma konusunda bir faydayı beraberinde getirebilecektir. Saç dökülmesi problemine karşı saç köklerinin beslenmesi ve güçlendirilmesi daha etkili sonuçlar verecektir.

Erkeklerde saçın uzunluğunun saç dökülmesine etkisi bilim insanları tarafından da araştırılmıştır. Saçını uzatan erkeklerin saç dökülmesi ile ilişkisi doğrudan saptanmamıştır. Bir başka deyişle erkeklerde saç uzatma ile saçın dökülmesi arasında bir bağlantı bulunmamaktadır.

Saç uzadıkça gürleşir mi?
