Yasama bilindiği üzere yasa koyma ve kanun çıkarma işlemidir. İslam dinindeki kanun koyma işine ise teşri denmektedir. İslam'da Teşri Ne Demektir? Yasa yapmak, kanun koymak gibi anlamlara gelen teşri kelimesi aynı zamanda yol açmak ve gemilere yelken yapmak anlamlarında gelmektedir.

Peygamber Efendimizin Tebyin görevi nedir?

Peygamberlerin, Allah'ın emir ve yasaklarını açıklamasına tebyin denir. Bu görev, aynı zamanda dinin temelini oluşturur. Hz. Muhammed, peygamberliğini ilan ettikten sonra, nazil olan tüm vahiyleri tekrar tekrar açıklamıştır.

Sözlükte “ev yola açık olmak, sokak üzerinde bulunmak” anlamındaki şer' kökünden türeyen teşrî' “evi yol üzerinde kurmak, kapısını yola doğru açmak” demektir (Lisânü'l-ʿArab, “şrʿ” md.; Kāmus Tercümesi, “şrʿ” md.).

Teşri yetkisi kime aittir?

Allah'ın genelde din vaz'ına, özelde ahkâma dair düzenlemede bulunmasına bir süreç halinde “teşrî'” denir ve bu yetki sadece Allah'a aittir. Allah'tan başka hiçbir kimsenin ya da kurumun teşrî' (din vaz'ı) yetkisi yoktur. Yaratma ve donatma ise “tekvin” ile isimlendirilir.

Tebliğ ve teşri ne demek?

Sözlükte derece kelimesinden türeyen tedrîc “bir kimseyi bir şeye aşamalı biçimde yaklaştırmak ve alıştırmak” anlamına gelir.
