Sos için tereyağını bir tencereye ekleyin ve üzerine salçaları ekleyin. Salçaların kokusu çıktıktan sonra tuz ve karabiberi ekleyin, karıştırın. Sıcak suyu ekleyip karıştırdıktan sonra kısık ateşe alın ve kapağını kapatın. Sosun kıvamının geldiğini gördüğünüzde altını kapatın.

Şimdi sosun yapılışına geçiyoruz. Tencerenin içerisine 1 tatlı kaşığı tereyağı, 3 yemek kaşığı domates salçası, 3 su bardağı sıcak su ekliyoruz ve bunu karıştırarak 5 dakika boyunca bunu kaynatarak pişiriyoruz. Dönerin sosuda.

SR döner sosu nasıl yapılır?

Sos için 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ve salçayı ocağa koyuyoruz. 2-3 dakika sonra üzerine sıcak su ekleyip karıştırıyoruz ve sos servise hazır. Lavaşa sararken sosu ısıtarak ekleyebilirsiniz. Tavuk marinesi için salça, yoğurt, sıvı yağ ve sarımsağı bir kaba alıp karıştırıyoruz.
