Balanit nasıl görünür?

Balanit halinde sünnet derisi ödemli, hiperemik ve hassastır. Çocuğun ateşi de olabilir. Ödem nedeniyle daralan sünnet derisinin ağzı idrarın dışarı çıkışını engelleyebilir. Enfeksiyon sıcak oturma banyosu, lokal antibiyotikli pomadlar ve sistemik antibiyotiklerle birkaç gün içinde geriler.

Balanit cinsel yolla bulaşır mı?

Pipi ucunun iltihaplanmasına “balanit” deniliyor ve sünnetsiz çocuklarda görülüyor. Balanitte, pipi şişiyor, özellikle ucunda kızarıklık oluyor ve kanama görülebiliyor. Sünnet sonarsında balanit neredeyse hiç görülmüyor.

Balanit tedavi edilmezse ne olur?

Penis başı iltihabı penisin ön kısmında görülen kızarıklık, kaşıntı, ağrı ile karakterize ürolojik bir enfeksiyon hastalığıdır. Bu enfeksiyon cinsel yolla bulaşabildiği gibi banyo esnasında penis başında biriken sabunun cildi tahriş etmesi nedeniyle de ortaya çıkabilir.

Pipi iltihabına ne iyi gelir?

Aşırı kaşıntı, döküntü, ürtiker ve enflamasyonlu cilt gibi alerjik dermatit belirtileri nedbeleşmeye yol açabilir. Penis açıklığında nedbe dokusu açıklığın daralmasına neden olabilir. Bu durum uzun süreli rahatsızlığa ve idrar yaparken zorluğa neden olabilir. Kronik balanit geçirme sonucu fimozis gelişebilir.

Balanit kimlerde görülür?

İdrar yolu enfeksiyonları genel olarak antibiyotik ile tedavi edilir. Bunun yanında hafif semptomlu idrar yolu enfeksiyonlarını iyileştirmek ya da antibiyotik ile birlikte tedaviyi hızlandırmak için, yaşam ve beslenme tarzında bazı değişiklikler yapmak idrar yolu enfeksiyonuna iyi gelir.
