Haber yazımında doğru kurgu, yalnızca bilgilerin önem sıralamasına göre yazılması değil, aynı zamanda giriş, gelişme ve sonuç hiyerarşisine uygun olarak yazılması demektir. 5N1K yazılı basın, haber ajansı, radyo, televizyon ve çevrimiçi medyanın gazetecilik metin formu üretim sürecinde yararlandığı, gazetecilik mesleği araştırmalarının hareket noktasını oluşturan “N” ve “K” harfleri ile başlayan sorulardır.
