Noter vekaleti nasıl yapılır?

Öncelikle vekâlet verecek olan kişinin nüfus cüzdanı ya da pasaportunun notere sunulması gerekir. Buna ek olarak kime vekâlet verilecek ise onun adı, soyadı ve TC kimlik numarasının da notere verilmesi gerekir. İlgili bu bilgiler noter tarafından alınır ve vekâletnamede söz konusu bu bilgilere yer verilir.

Vekalet için ne gerekli 2023?

Vekalet verilecek kişinin adı-soyadı, TC kimlik numarası, açık adresinin mutlaka notere bildirilmesi gerekmektedir. Vekâletname bir tüzel kişi için örneğin bir şirket için çıkacaksa, imza sirkülerinin notere ibrazı gerekmektedir. Vergi mükellefi gerçek ve tüzel kişilerin vergi numaralarını bildirmeleri zorunludur.

Noterde vekalet ücreti ne kadar 2023?

Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi'nde dava açma yolu tercih edilecek ise Türkiye Barolar Birliği'nin yayınladığı avukatlık asgari ücret tarifesine göre 2023 Eylül ayı itibariyle 17.900,00 TL vekalet ücreti ortaya çıkacaktır.


Birine vekalet vermek kaç para?

Kişi, noter aracılığı ile tüm hukuki iş ve işlemlerini takip etmesi, sözleşme yapması, taşınmaz alım satımı yapması gibi yetkiler için avukata vekalet verebilmektedir. Avukata vekalet vermenin 2024 yılı itibariyle güncel ücreti 490 TL'dir. Noterler aracılığı ile ikametgah işlemleri de yapılabilmektedir.

Birine vekalet vermek için ne gerekir?

Vekalet vermek istediğiniz kişinin kimlik numarasıyla ya da size göndereceği nüfus cüzdanı fotoğrafıyla notere başvuruyorsunuz. İki fotoğraf ve kimliğiniz ile noterden dilediğiniz işlem için vekaletname çıkarabilirsiniz.

Noterden vekalet vermek için ne gerekiyor?
