Muhtar seçimi için bir ad yazılı oy pusulası, ihtiyar meclisi ve ihtiyar heyeti seçimi için de bu kurulların asıl üye sayısı kadar ad yazılı oy pusulası Yüksek Seçim Kurulunca hazırlanan özel zarfa konularak oy sandığına atılır. Muhtar, ihtiyar heyeti ve ihtiyar meclisi seçimleri ekseriyet sistemine göre yapılır.
