BEP nedir örnek?

Özel bir eğitim modelini ifade eden BEP ile hususi olarak eğitim alması gereken öğrenciler hedeflenir. Bireyselleştirilmiş program her çocuğa özel olarak hazırlanır ve bu sürece öğretmen, aile ve çocuğun kendisi de dahil edilir. Böylece her kesimi tatmin eden ve öğrencinin en makul eğitim planı hazırlanır.

BEP planı nasıl hazırlanır?

Öğrencinin dersine giren tüm öğretmenler, dersleri ile ilgili öğrencinin yapabildiklerini belirlemek, bir yıl , içerisinde kazandırmayı düşündüğü kazanımları tespit etmek amacıyla “Eğitsel Performans” formunu doldururlar. Formun bir nüshası BEP dosyasında saklanır.

BEP dosyası içinde ne olur?

BEP'in içerisinde; öğrencinin mevcut performans düzeyi, bu düzeyden hareketle öğrenciye kazandırılması amaçlanan davranışlar (kısa dönemli ve uzun dönemli hedefler), bu davranışların nerede, ne kadar zamanda, hangi araçlarla ve hangi yöntemlerle kazandırılacağı gibi bilgiler yer almaktadır.

BEP içeriğinde neler vardır?

BEP ilk toplantısında öğrencinin BEP'e ihtiyaç duyup duymadığı,BEP toplantılarının hangi sıklıkla yapılacağı, BEP dosyasının oluşturulması, öğrencinin eğitsel performans düzeyinin ne kadar sürede belirleneceği, bir sonraki BEP toplantı tarihi konuşulur.


BEP toplantısında ne konuşulur?

Öğrencinin aldığı her ders için BEP hazırlanır. Bu BEP'ler toplu halde öğrenci dosyasında bulunur. Hiyerarşik bir sıra izlemeyen, üniteli derslerde her ünitenin bir uzun dönemli amacı ve bu uzun dönemli amacın kısa dönemli amaçla- Öğrencinin aldığı her ders için BEP hazırlanır.

BEP planı her dersten hazırlanır mı?

BEP hazırlama uygulama ve değerlendirme süreci BEP ekibi tarafından yapılmaktadır. BEP ekibi içerisinde, okul müdür ya da müdür yardımcısı, özel eğitim öğretmeni, rehber öğretmen, sınıf öğretmeni, aile ve gerekli görüldüğünde çocuğun eğitim ve gelişiminden sorumlu uzmanlar yer almalıdır.

BEP planını kim yapar?

Madde 20: Kaynaştırma/bütünleştirme yoluyla eğitimlerine devam eden öğrenciler için; Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programı Geliştirme birimi tarafından bireyselleştirilmiş eği- tim programı (BEP) hazırlanır ve bu öğrencilerin başarıları, bu programda yer alan amaç- lara göre değerlendirilir.

BEP ders planını kim hazırlar?

BEP Dosyasının saklanmasından BEP Ekibi Başkanı ve Sınıf/Sınıf Rehber Öğretmeni sorumludur. Kaynaştırma raporu olan her bir öğrencinin destek eğitimi(bep) planı yapılsa da yapılmasa da kaynaştırma raporlu öğrenci için bep dosyası oluşturulmalıdır.

Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programı Geliştirme Birimi

BEP geliştirme birimi okul müdürü veya görevlendireceği bir müdür yardımcısının başkanlığında; a) Rehberlik öğretmeni, b) Öğrencinin sınıf öğretmeni, c) Öğrencinin dersini okutan alan öğretmenleri, ç) Öğrencinin velisi, d) Öğrenciden oluşur.

BEP ekibinde kimler yer alır?

Öğrencinin kaynaştırma öğrencisi olmasına, okulların bağlı olduğu Rehberlik ve Araştırma Merkezleri (RAM) ve psikiyatrik değerlendirmelerin yapıldığı hastanelerden alınan raporun seviyesiyle karar veriliyor. Raporda ağır düzeyde zihinsel engelli olanlar kaynaştırma öğrencisi olamıyor.

Kaynaştırma öğrencileri nasıl tespit edilir?

Özel eğitim gerektiren birey için geliştirilmiş ve ailesi tarafından onaylanmış bu program; bireyin, ailenin, öğretmenin gereksinimleri doğrultusunda hazırlanmıştır ve hedeflenen amaçlarda verilecek destek eğitim hizmetlerini içerir.

BEP kimleri kapsar?
